As we continue to grow, we’re looking for talented Brow & Lash Specialists and Nail Artists to join the Glow family.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for skilled beauty professionals who are creative, reliable, client-focused, and excited to grow within a collaborative salon setting.

You should take pride in your craft, care deeply about the client experience, and be comfortable showcasing and growing your work both in the salon and on social media.

Position Type: Commission-based

Availability: Tuesday–Saturday

BROW & LASH SPECIALIST

We’re looking for experience in:

- Brow threading and/or waxing
- Brow shaping and tinting
- Lash lifts and tints
- Brow lamination is an asset
- Lash extensions are an asset
- Makeup artistry is a plus

NAIL ARTIST We’re looking for experience in:

- Gel manicures
- Structured gel / builder gel
- Russian or dry manicure techniques
- Nail shaping and detailed cuticle work
- Gel removal and proper nail preparation
- Nail art is an asset
- A strong understanding of natural nail health and integrity

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- An existing client base, with the opportunity to also serve Glow’s in-house clientele
- Strong consultation and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable and organized
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about your craft and continuing education
- Comfortable promoting your work and services on Instagram and TikTok




- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to the overall salon experience

YOUR ROLE AT GLOW

- Provide thoughtful consultations and exceptional services
- Create a welcoming, elevated experience for every guest
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional workspace
- Manage appointments and timing effectively
- Educate clients on maintenance, aftercare and appropriate retail products
- Recommend additional services when they genuinely benefit the client
- Collaborate with the Glow team to maintain our service and hospitality standards
- Create and share content that showcases your work and helps build your clientele
