Role Description This is a part time remote role for a Business Analyst at Africa CEO Stories.

The Business

Analyst will review qualitative and quantitative data related to African business leaders, identify trends, and generate insights to support content, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing business information, mapping processes, preparing reports and dashboards, and developing recommendations to improve operations and audience engagement. The role also involves collaborating with content, marketing, and partnerships teams to clarify requirements, document business needs, and ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.

The Business

Analyst will participate in virtual meetings, maintain organized documentation, and contribute to ongoing improvement of internal workflows and decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable business insights.




- Business and Business Planning skills to support strategy development, process improvement, and project evaluation.
- Effective Communication skills to present analyses clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document requirements.
- Customer Service orientation to understand stakeholder needs and ensure that business solutions enhance audience and partner experiences.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI or similar) and comfort working with remote collaboration tools.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple part-time projects and adhere to deadlines in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Statistics, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in African business ecosystems, leadership stories, and impact-driven initiatives is an advantage.
