As an SAP® business analyst at Rheinmetall Canada, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of information systems for the company's organizational sectors such as finance, sales, supply chains and operations, logistics, quality, and human resources (modules: The analyst will be responsible for supporting users as well as SAP® improvement projects to optimize the company's business processes. Support, maintain, and improve existing SAP® solutions.

Perform tests, document resolution, and communicate changes to users. Assist super users in preparing and maintaining training guides for procedures and instructions.



Accompany clients in change management by providing functional support during deployments.

Manage licenses and administer access security for the SAP® integrated management software package. Manage transport orders between development, quality assurance, and production environments. Hold a diploma of collegial studies (technique) or a bachelor's degree in computer science.

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience related to the various logistics modules of SAP® (MM, WM, SD, PM, QM). Have extensive hands-on experience in various implementation projects and/or support environments. Have a customer-oriented approach.

Excellent communication skills in French and English, and the ability to well understand and identify the needs of our internal clientele, and effectively explain complex technical notions.
