Role Description The Strategy Analyst / Strategy Associate will support client engagements through research, analysis, and strategic problem solving. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitive analysis, customer research, market sizing, financial modeling, industry research, and synthesizing findings into clear, client-ready recommendations and presentations.

The role also involves collaborating with clients and internal team members to clarify objectives, validate findings, and support decision making. Team members may contribute to proposal development, business development, operational improvements, and the development of internal AI tools and agents that enhance consulting delivery.

This is a part-time, fully remote position requiring strong communication skills, self-management, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Note: This is not an IT Business Analyst,



Business Systems Analyst, or Operations Analyst role.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and reading comprehension skills in English
- Strong client collaboration, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work with limited supervision
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytically rigorous discipline (Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.) or demonstrated analytical capability through relevant professional experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence and attention to detail




- Experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or corporate strategy is an asset
- Experience with PowerPoint and think-cell is an asset
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and applied AI is an asset
- MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent experience is preferred for candidates applying at the Associate level

Other Expectations

- Candidates should be avaialble to conduct their work mostly during business hours pacific time
- Preference will be given to candidates not currently in FT employment
- Candidates must be authorized to work as employees in Canada
- Preference will be given to candidates located in the Greater Vancouver area
- Average workload is approximately 20 hours per week, with hours flexing moderately based on project and client needs (hours worked are always paid or banked)
- While primarily remote, team members may occasionally attend team, client, networking, or professional development events in Vancouver, as well as periodic client meetings, strategy sessions, and site visits in Canada, the United States, or internationally
