Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Business Analyst at Stake Surveying España SL.

The Business

Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable specifications. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the design and implementation of recent workflows, systems, and reporting structures. The role involves preparing business and functional documentation, creating process maps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals.

The Business

Analyst will also participate in meetings, present findings, and support decision-making with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, with experience gathering,



documenting, and validating Business Requirements.
- Understanding of Business Process design and improvement, including mapping workflows and recommending optimizations.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, convey complex information clearly, and create concise documentation.
- Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote, multicultural environment with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in surveying, construction, geospatial, or related industries is an advantage but not required.
