Required Technical Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Banking/Capital markets Domain
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and query optimization.
- Valuable working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and integration activities.
- Experience with Apache Kafka including event-driven architecture, messaging patterns, producers/consumers, and real-time data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of JSON, REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Experience working with ETL/Data Integration and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
- Having Reconciliation experience is good to have

Project Management Skills

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery.
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive dashboards.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.




- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to quality, governance, compliance, and security standards.
- Track project metrics and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
- Work closely with architects and development teams to define solution approaches.
- Review technical designs, data flows, integration patterns, and implementation plans.
- Drive issue resolution, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Facilitate communication between business users, product owners, and technical teams.
- Ensure successful deployment, production rollout, and post-implementation support.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in project delivery.
