Our client is a rapidly growing AI startup focused on supporting SMBs generate more leads, revenue, and growth through a connected suite of AI-powered marketing solutions.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join the team! You’ll be at the front line of the company’s growth, introducing SMBs to a new approach to marketing where AI agents handle everything from SEO and paid advertising to website optimization and lead conversion. This is a high-volume, phone-first role for someone who is competitive, resilient, and excited to build a career in sales within a rapidly scaling startup.

What you’ll do:

- Make high-volume outbound calls to SMB prospects and introduce them to the company’s AI-powered growth platform
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure strong, seamless handoffs
- Learn the product and sales pitch quickly, tailoring your approach based on each conversation
- Consistently hit and exceed weekly activity, call, and meeting targets




- Stay motivated through rejection and maintain a high level of energy and consistency in a demanding sales environment

What we’re looking for:

- Sales experience is preferred, particularly BDR/SDR, quota-carrying, or other customer-facing experience
- Charismatic and confident communicator who can quickly build rapport over the phone
- Ambitious, resilient, and serious about building a career in sales
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and putting in the work required to succeed
- Excited by a fast-moving startup environment and motivated by clear goals and accountability

Nice to have:

- Previous startup experience
- Experience in outbound sales, business development, or selling to SMBs
- Interest in AI, technology, digital marketing, or SaaS
- Non-traditional backgrounds are welcome when paired with robust communication skills, ambition, and drive

Compensation & Benefits:

- $100K–$120K OTE
