Business Process / Oracle Fusion Consultant

1+ years Contract Position based on the performance.

Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada – (Hybrid / Remote / Onsite)

Project Phases & Key Responsibilities:

? Phase 1: Current State Assessment

- Analyze and map project-related business processes

- Review Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations (PPM, Procurement, Finance, Time & Labor)

- Conduct interviews with key stakeholders

- Deliverable: Gap Analysis Report

? Phase 2: Benchmarking & Opportunity Identification

- Benchmark our processes against Oracle best practices

- Identify functional gaps and underused features

- Deliverable: Opportunity Identification & Prioritization Matrix

? Phase 3: Optimization Plan Design

- Recommend optimized workflows and module usage

- Develop a Phased Implementation Roadmap

- Provide a training, change management, and performance measurement strategy

- Include KPIs, ROI metrics, and transition plans

Required Qualifications:

- 5–10+ years in business process consulting with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud

- Deep expertise in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Financials, Procurement, and HCM

- Solid analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities

- Working knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)

Preferred Certifications:

- Oracle Cloud Certification (PPM, Financials, Procurement)

- PMP or PRINCE2

- Prosci Change Management Certification
