Job Summary

Duties

- Install, test, and troubleshoot cable systems including Ethernet, coaxial, fiber optics, and telecommunication lines across various environments.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and cabling layouts.
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to secure cables, terminate connections, and ensure optimal signal quality.
- Configure and maintain network devices such as Cisco routers
- Collaborate with clients and team members to plan cable routes that maximize efficiency while adhering to safety standards.
- Document all installation activities, system configurations,



and maintenance procedures meticulously for future reference.

Skills

- Strong understanding of computer networking principles including Ethernet protocols, VLANs, and network topology design a plus
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware setup and troubleshooting for servers, switches, routers, and related equipment a plus
- Knowledge of in audio, video CCTV systems installation, configuration, and maintenance for security surveillance solutions a plus
- Proficiency with schematics reading to accurately implement wiring diagrams in complex environments a plus
- Experience working in data centers with a focus on cabling infrastructure management a plus
- Electrical experience related to power supply connections and grounding for network equipment a plus
