Duties

- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment to maximize profitability.
- Handle cash transactions, cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) system operations, and bookkeeping responsibilities with precision.
- Train, and develop team members to build a high-performing retail team.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to cannabis sales and store policies; maintain accurate recordkeeping.




- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage scheduling, and facilitate effective communication within the team.

Experience

- Proven supervising or managerial experience in retail sales or similar customer-focused environments.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability in training & development, and team leadership with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with cash handling.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
