Automotive Sales Representative - North York & Upcoming Richmond Hill Location

CCC Motors is currently hiring Automotive Sales Representatives for our North York location and our upcoming Richmond Hill location.

We are looking for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals with at least 1 year of sales experience. Previous automotive dealership sales experience is preferred, especially in a used car dealership environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by performance-based income.

Position Overview

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from the first inquiry to test drive, follow-up, and final sale. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, building relationships, and helping customers make confident buying decisions.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle online, phone, walk-in, and referral leads
- Understand customers’ vehicle needs, budget, and preferences
- Present vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and available options clearly
- Arrange and assist with test drives
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work with managers and finance teams to support the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups
- Stay updated on inventory, pricing, promotions, and vehicle information
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Support dealership events, promotions, and marketing activities when needed





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience required
- Automotive dealership sales experience is preferred
- Used car dealership experience is a strong asset
- OMVIC license is preferred, or must be willing to obtain
- Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and by message
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- English is required
- Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Farsi, or other languages are considered an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Compensation $50,000 - $100,000 per year

Compensation is performance-based and will depend on sales results, experience, and individual performance.
