The applicant should be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will be expected to join and start the work at the earliest. It will be a Permanent employment or Full time job. The candidate must work on the day shift.

Salary : $26.00 to $35.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Location : Lethbridge, AB

- The candidate will be responsible for training students, other technologists, and nurses.
- The candidate will be responsible for checking, calibrating, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for operating electromyography and diagnostic equipment.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing recordings and reports of findings for physicians.
- The candidate must evaluate the patient’s case history and determine the nature of the issue in order to determine the necessary procedures and tests.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring cardiac activity and recording the results.
- The candidate will be responsible for operating electrocardiographs, cardiac ultrasounds, and other electronic equipment.
- The candidate must perform cardiovascular procedures and tests.
- The candidate must prepare reports for interpretation by cardiologists.

Job Requirements

- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP,



or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
- The candidate must be registered with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists and have a Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
- The candidate must be punctual.
