We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Carpenter / Labourer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with carpentry experience who is also comfortable assisting with general labour tasks on residential and/or commercial projects. Opportunities for Carpentry Apprenticeship
Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, siding, window installation, exterior finishing, flashing and general carpentry/construction tasks
- Measure, cut, and install building materials
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow project plans, instructions, and safety guidelines
- Support carpenters and crew members as needed
- Hands on experience working with wood and other construction material
Skills and Qualifications
- Carpentry or construction experience preferred
- Fall protection, WHIMIS, first aid tickets an asset (training can be provided)
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license an asset
- Good communication skills

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8hr shifts (depending on project needs)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
