This position focuses on youth aged 12 to 29 facing co-morbid mental illness and substance use challenges. You will provide tailored, culturally responsive support that reflects the resiliency and strength of Black communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement client-centered case management strategies
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
- Document client progress and collaborate in case conferences
- Advocate for clients with external community resources
- Ensure culturally responsive care in all interactions
Requirements:
- Experience in counseling or therapy in community settings
- Background working with Black youth
- MSW or BSW with relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs
