Join our agile team as a Cashier, Merchandiser, and Customer Service Associate! In this multifaceted role, you will be the friendly face of our store, providing exceptional service to customers while ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and well-organized. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide outstanding service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, processing transactions efficiently and securely
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and visual design principles using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator when needed
- Manage inventory levels by pricing products correctly, restocking shelves, and conducting regular merchandising checks
- Assist with store management tasks such as organizing stockrooms, updating schematics for displays, and supporting administrative duties
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and inviting by performing routine cleaning and organizational tasks
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products,



upselling when appropriate, and contributing to marketing efforts

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in pricing, merchandising, and store presentation
- Proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is desirable for creating appealing displays or promotional materials
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently
- Basic administrative experience including inventory management and record keeping
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise team members when needed
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings as required
