We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register, and assist with product demonstrations in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Assist in Merchandising the products & receiving the merchandise
- Maintain & perform store cleaning.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
Skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Prior experience in customer service and retail sales
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Should be able to weight lifting up to 70 lbs
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customers
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.60-$17.95 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
