Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, capable, and dependable Clinic Assistant to join our growing healthcare office on a casual basis.

Duties:

- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures to create a welcoming atmosphere
- A fast learner who picks up new tasks and systems quickly
- Proactive and able to take initiative without always being asked
- A strong multitasker who can prioritize and think on their feet

Responsibilities:

- Greeting and assisting patients
- Answering phones and managing appointments
- Managing patient flow and front desk activities
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with basic PTA/clinic support duties
- Preparing and organizing treatment areas
- Keeping the reception and clinic areas organized
- Anticipating what needs to be done and helping wherever needed
- Comfortable working long hours as early as 7:15 AM and as late as 7:00 PM
