Become a part of the Wealth Change Management team within the Wealth National Office Business Enablement group. We drive innovation throughout TD Wealth—including the Wealth National Office, Direct Investing, Private Wealth Management, Financial Planning, and TD Asset Management—by building effective communication channels and strong partnerships. Our mission is to support leaders and teams in managing change efficiently, ensuring that new ways of working are embraced and sustained for long-term impact, all while delivering exceptional client service during times of transition.
Job Responsibilities:

- Change Leadership & Business Partnership: Serve as the primary Change Business Partner for an assigned Wealth area, connecting transformation priorities to business outcomes. Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders to align priorities, readiness, capacity, and execution. Advise on impacts, risks, dependencies, and change saturation, bringing an enterprise colleague and client perspective.
- Regulatory Change & Control Readiness: Translate regulatory obligations and impact assessments into clear business actions, accountabilities, readiness, communication, training, and sustainment plans. Partner across Risk, Compliance, Legal, business, technology, operations, and controls to integrate change activities and maintain traceability. Report on readiness, risks, decisions, remediation, and implementation, and coordinate transition to business-as-usual ownership, control adoption, evidence retention, and audit readiness.
- Transformation Delivery & Value Realization: Lead change strategies and execution for assigned Product Groups, including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption. Assess impacts, risks, dependencies, and barriers; define measures, track outcomes, and intervene where adoption or sustainable compliance is at risk. Integrate change into delivery planning and Product Group ceremonies, build change networks, and support business results.
- Team & Practice Excellence: Strengthen the Wealth Change Management Practice through coaching, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and consistent application of best practices. Foster a cooperative, inclusive, and accountable team culture.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years leading complex business transformation and change initiatives within large, matrixed organizations
- Deep expertise in change management, organizational transformation, and adoption strategy; change management certification is a strong asset.
- Proven trusted advisor with the ability to translate business priorities into effective change strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong influence, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with success driving alignment across all levels without direct authority.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of regulatory change management, risk and control frameworks, governance, and the three lines of defense within financial services.
- Experience supporting regulatory impact assessments, gap analysis, remediation, control implementation, or policy and procedure change.
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory and business requirements and translate them into clear impacts, actions, accountabilities, and adoption plans.
- Learning agility, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proven ability to build credibility and strong partnerships across business and corporate functions.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments (Jira, Confluence, and related tools) is an asset.
- This position is required to be in the office 4 days per week
