Legendary Engagement Solutions Inc. (LES Inc.) is a growing fundraising company specializing in face-to-face fundraising for charitable organizations.

We are looking for outgoing, motivated, and confident individuals to join our fundraising team across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. There is no hourly wage or salary — your earnings are based on your fundraising results.

Responsibilities

- Approach and engage members of the public
- Represent charitable campaigns professionally
- Educate people about the causes we support
- Secure monthly donor enrollments
- Work toward individual and team goals

What We're Looking For
- Confident and comfortable speaking with strangers
- Outgoing, energetic, and personable
- Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
- Reliable and qualified
- Previous sales or fundraising experience is an asset but not required





Training and coaching are provided.

Compensation

$125–$150 per successful monthly donor enrollment

Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

Monday–Saturday | 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

Candidates must be comfortable travelling to different fundraising locations throughout the GTA.
