Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Good Enough AI will lead the overall strategy, vision, and execution of the company’s business objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Toronto, ON includes overseeing financial performance, guiding product and technology direction in collaboration with technical leaders, and ensuring operational efficiency across all teams. The CEO will build and manage high-performing leadership teams, drive go-to-market initiatives, and establish strong relationships with customers, partners, and investors.
Day-to-day responsibilities include setting and reviewing strategic priorities, monitoring key performance indicators, making data-informed decisions,
and representing the company publicly at industry events and stakeholder meetings. The CEO will cultivate an inclusive, transparent culture that supports innovation, ethical AI practices, and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Solid skills in Finance and Business Planning, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, including scaling teams, optimizing processes, and improving organizational efficiency.
- Demonstrated capability in Strategic Planning, with a track record of defining and executing high-impact company roadmaps.
- Experience in Sales and commercial leadership, including building revenue strategies, partnerships, and customer relationships.
- Previous executive or senior leadership experience in technology or AI-focused organizations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and understand AI product lifecycles and open-source ecosystems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with commitment to inclusive and ethical leadership.
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent leadership experience.
