- Collaborate to develop youth treatment plans
- Observe and assess youth in a classroom setting
- Document discussions and communications effectively
- Complete incident reports as necessary
- Provide training and supervision to college students

Requirements:

- College diploma in Child and Youth Work or Care
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Skills in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
- Knowledge of crisis management principles
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
