Nostos Chiropractic | Calgary, Alberta

Nostos Chiropractic is looking for a licensed chiropractor to provide short-term locum coverage in December 2026 at our multidisciplinary clinic in Southeast Calgary.

This is a great opportunity for a chiropractor who would like some additional work over the holiday season while stepping into an established practice with an existing patient base, experienced support staff, and a fully equipped clinic.

About the Role The locum chiropractor will provide coverage for an existing chiropractor's patient schedule during a planned absence. The focus is on maintaining continuity of care for our existing patients rather than generating new patients or building your own caseload.

Responsibilities will include

- Providing chiropractic treatment to existing Nostos patients
- Following established care plans and clinical notes where appropriate
- Assessing and managing patients who require modifications to their care during the coverage period
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Communicating with the Nostos team regarding any patients requiring follow-up
- Providing the friendly, professional and patient-centred experience our patients are accustomed to

About Nostos Nostos is an established multidisciplinary health clinic in Southeast Calgary with a robust emphasis on thorough assessment, patient education and individualized care.

Our chiropractic approach is generally gentle and low-force, with an emphasis on functional care, posture, mobility and long-term resilience. Our patient population includes adults, families, prenatal patients and children.





The clinic is fully equipped and supported by an experienced administrative team, allowing the locum chiropractor to focus primarily on patient care.

We're Looking For The ideal candidate:

- Is a chiropractor licensed and in good standing to practice in Alberta
- Is confident managing an established chiropractic patient schedule
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is comfortable adapting treatment to individual patient preferences
- Values collaborative, patient-centred care
- Is dependable and comfortable working independently

Experience with gentle or low-force adjusting techniques would be particularly valuable (activator, thompson drop table). Dates & Compensation

Coverage: December 2026

Location: Southeast Calgary, Alberta

Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturdays (schedule is negotiable)

Compensation: Competitive split based on patient volume
