Village Wellness Clinic is seeking a full-time Chiropractic/Reception Assistant to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This is a long-term opportunity for a dependable, patient-focused individual who enjoys front-desk responsibilities, assisting with clinical flow, and working in a collaborative healthcare environment.

About Village Wellness Clinic

Village Wellness Clinic is a family-centred, multi-disciplinary wellness clinic offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, osteopathy, and orthotics. Our team works collaboratively to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet patients and provide a warm, professional front-desk experience
- Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails
- Handle patient check-in, check-out, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using the clinic EMR system
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms; assist with therapies (training provided)
- Support daily clinic operations and the multidisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is an asset




- Education in Health Science, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred
- Solid communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Atlas, Jane, or Schedulicity is considered an asset

Schedule & Availability

- Must be available during weekday clinic hours
- Occasional Saturdays required
- Flexibility to support clinic operating hours is essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

- Markham, ON L3P 2M8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
