SUPERSTAR CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT NEEDED

We are looking for a Permanent and Committed (Morning) Chiropractic Assistant to work in a fun, energetic family clinic that serves people of all ages, where patients love coming in for the experience and quality care they receive. We are only looking for long-term applicants wanting to make a career out of helping others.

This position is PART-TIME ONLY: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8:15am -12:00pm, No Fridays. No weekends.

Job duties include:





- Greeting and checking in patients (Jane app)
- Maintain an productive and effective flow of patients
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments (Jane app)
- Creating/posting social media information
- Direct bill treatments to insurance companies (Jane app)
- Answering the phone, answering patient inquiries, retrieving voicemails and emails
- Working closely with the doctor to ensure excellent patient care/customer service
- Computerized scans on patients (training provided)
- Light cleaning duties

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00 per hour

Experience

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
