Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to achieve high standards of cleanliness
- Manage laundry services for clients, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain organized schedules to ensure timely completion of all cleaning tasks across multiple properties
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and address any special requests or concerns
- Uphold health and safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required,

Experience

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a strong plus for communication with diverse clients
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain supplies and manage multiple client appointments seamlessly
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and handling household cleaning products safely
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating reliability and a proactive attitude
