DirtBClean is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team immediately.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating clean and welcoming spaces, and can consistently deliver exceptional results without constant supervision.

About the Role

- We provide high-quality residential cleaning services, including:
- Move-in and move-out cleans
- Deep cleans
- Recurring residential cleaning
- Post-renovation cleaning

This position will start as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours and overtime for team members who demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent cleaning performance. Starting wage: $18.50/hour

Performance and wage reviews will be conducted after the first month based on quality of work, dependability, and client feedback.

Who We're Looking For To be considered, you must have:

✅ Previous professional residential cleaning experience or similar

✅ Experience with move-in/move-out and regular house cleaning

✅ A valid Class 5 driver's license

✅ Your own reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites

✅ A recent criminal record check (or willingness to obtain one)

✅ The physical ability to bend, kneel, reach, lift, and remain on your feet for extended periods

✅ Availability to work occasional weekends when needed The Ideal Candidate Is:
