We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator who understands that exceptional service is defined by attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine passion for people.

The Opportunity:

You will be at the forefront of the client journey, ensuring every interaction — whether in person or over the phone — reflects the refinement and excellence of our boutique.

Working within a high-end, client-driven environment, were you will support both sales and after-sales operations, playing a key role in delivering a seamless and elevated experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Building long-term client relationships through trust and consistency
- Managing and resolving client inquiries with confidence and discretion
- Supporting after-sales services including repairs, orders, and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and service requests
- Navigating high call volumes while ensuring each client feels prioritized
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions




- Elevating every interaction by going above and beyond client expectations

Your Daily Environment:

- Welcoming clients into the boutique with a polished and professional presence
- Handling incoming calls and inquiries with clarity and efficiency
- Assisting clients with product questions, warranties, and service needs
- Providing solutions and guidance when issues arise
- Supporting point-of-sale and in-store operations
- Ensuring all processes align with company procedures and luxury service standards

- Experience & Qualifications:

- 3 years of experience in customer service or client care (luxury retail preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and in-store operations is an asset
