Client Experience Advisor

ATB Hines Creek Agency is looking for a friendly, motivated and dependable Client Experience Advisor to join our team.

This is more than a traditional customer service position. You’ll get to know our clients, understand their financial needs and help them navigate everything from everyday banking to loans, mortgages, credit cards, savings and investments.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome clients and provide friendly, professional and confidential service
- Assist with everyday banking, account services and transactions
- Help clients through personal loan and mortgage applications, including gathering information and required documentation
- Assist with credit card applicationsand related services
- Discuss clients’ savings and investment needs and connect them with appropriate ATB products, services and qualified specialists
- Get to know our clients and help identify banking and financial solutions that fit their needs
- Build solid, long-term relationships with clients in our community
- Help clients become comfortable with ATB’s online and digital banking services
- Process deposits, withdrawals, cash and other banking transactions accurately
- Complete documentation and administrative duties with attention to detail
- Work closely with ATB partners and our supporting branch
- Follow ATB policies, procedures, privacy and security requirements





Who We’re Looking For You don’t necessarily need years of banking experience. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, strong people skills and a willingness to learn.

- Are organized and pay close attention to detail
- Are comfortable working with numbers and confidential financial information

- Have previous banking, lending, mortgage, financial services, sales or customer service experience — an asset, but not necessarily required

Training will be provided to help the successful candidate learn ATB systems, products and services. Position: Full-Time, PermanentLocation: Hines Creek, AlbertaSchedule: Monday to FridayCompensation: Competitive and based on experience

This position is with the privately owned ATB Hines Creek Agency. The successful candidate will be employed by the Agency and will not be an employee of ATB Financial.

Pay: $20.00-$676.08 per hour
