Required Skills and Competencies

· Strong business analysis, requirements analysis, and structured documentation skills.

· Experience documenting governance operating models, decision rights, RACI matrices, and escalation frameworks.

· Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and modelling dependencies, approvals, and hand-offs.

· Ability to translate complex governance discussions into explicit, consistent, and usable artefacts.

· Strong written communication, attention to detail, version control, and repository management.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with programme management, technical leads, and governance stakeholders.

Preferred Experience and Tools

· Experience supporting cloud transformation, cloud adoption, technology governance, or enterprise change programmes.

· Working knowledge of common process-modelling methods and tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.

· Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration and documentation tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

· Understanding of governance controls, approval workflows, decision logs, and document lifecycle management.
