Role Description:

The Co-founder — Relay is an unpaid, remote opportunity with a flexible time commitment, focused on shaping the product, getting potential users to test the demo, and building the business together.

The immediate priority is engaging potential users, getting them to test the demo, and turning their feedback into meaningful improvements.

Responsibilities include customer discovery, product planning, outreach, and developing early partnerships.



We’ll divide ownership around our strengths, with both founders actively contributing to product direction and finding early customers.

Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Jira and collaboration tools such as Slack, SharePoint, or Confluence.
- Basic familiarity with Vercel or VS Code and confidence making small updates or learning development workflows.
- Some hands-on experience with low-code tools, citizen development, or workflow automation.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging potential users, coordinating demo testing, and gathering feedback.
- Ability to translate user needs into explicit tasks and product priorities.
- Experience in one or more areas such as product, technology, HR, operations, marketing, or sales.
- Initiative, curiosity, and the ability to work independently in an early-stage remote team.
