Duties

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing friendly and attentive service
- Manage coat check operations, accurately tagging and storing guest belongings
- Assist guests with inquiries about the venue, events, or services using clear communication
- Maintain organized coat check areas, ensuring quick retrieval and smooth flow of guest traffic
- Handle guest requests or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary with professionalism
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS to process any related transactions or tips




- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing information

Experience

- Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Experience in hotel or event settings enhances your ability to manage guest expectations effectively
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous roles involving customer service or serving contribute to a friendly and professional demeanor
