Overview

We are seeking energetic and dedicated full-time and part time Baristas to join our vibrant team in Mississauga. As a CoCo Bubble Tea Barista, you will be the face of our brand, crafting delicious drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced food and beverage environment while contributing to a beloved global brand.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, including milk teas, fruit teas, yogurt drinks, and coffee with precision and care
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to create a positive experience for every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all work areas,



including food handling and preparation stations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers at the end of shifts
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
