Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team at an auto dealership in Southwest Calgary (Fish Creek area and surrounding communities). This position is ideal for someone looking for a part-time job or extra income with a consistent monthly payment. The role involves regular cleaning throughout the week, with one day dedicated to deeper cleaning to maintain a clean, secure, and professional dealership setting.

Compensation: $1,200–$1,300 per month, based on experienceSchedule: 6 days per weekRegular Cleaning: 5 days per weekDeep Cleaning: 1 day per weekEvening Hours: Weekdays after 8:00 PM; weekends after 6:00 PMLocation: Fish Creek / Southwest Calgary and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of dealership floors, offices, washrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and other appropriate cleaning methods
- Perform detailed deep-cleaning duties as required
- Clean and sanitize washrooms and regularly refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Collect, move, and properly dispose of garbage and waste
- Keep customer and staff areas clean, organized,



and presentable at all times
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are properly maintained
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and appropriately
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns to the supervisor
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous commercial or professional cleaning experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to complete evening shifts consistently
- Preference given to candidates living in Fish Creek, Southwest Calgary, or nearby areas
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
