About the Opportunity

Our client is a fast growing boutique commercial insurance brokerage based in Burlington, ON, looking to accelerate their growth by adding a driven, self-starting Producer to their team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional—ideally earlier in their career—to work directly alongside their agency partners. You will receive direct mentorship as you build and establish your own book of business, with uncapped income potential and a clear, distinct path to eventual partnership for the right candidate.

Job Title: Commercial Insurance Producer

Location: Burlington, ON (In-office)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What You Will Do

- Build and Grow: Actively prospect, network, and develop recent client relationships to build a profitable commercial book of business.
- Collaborate and Learn: Work directly with the agency partners, gaining invaluable mentorship and strategic insights into the high-end commercial market.
- Take Ownership: Drive your own success. As a self-starter, you will manage your pipeline and client relationships with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.
- Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional, well-presented, and organized service that aligns with the standards of a premier commercial brokerage firm.

What We Are Looking For

- Licensing: An active RIBO license is required.
- Experience: Background with a commercial insurance brokerage. We are open to Junior or Senior Producers,



as well as those currently in a hybrid or Account Management role who are hungry to transition into full production.
- Skillset: Extremely professional, highly organized, and exclusively commercial-lines focused.
- Drive: A motivated self-starter who takes complete ownership of their career and success.
- Location: Must live locally or within a reasonable commute to work out of our Burlington office.

Compensation & Perks

- Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (Flexible and negotiable based on experience).
- Commissions & Bonuses: Strong commission and bonus structure with absolutely no ceiling on your income potential.
