Required Skillset:
Develop and execute communication strategies and plans supporting organizational transformation, technology initiatives, and strategic business objectives.
Create executive and leadership communications, including branch updates, organizational announcements, leadership messages, employee communications, briefing notes, and speaking notes.
Develop high-quality internal communications and engagement materials, including newsletters, FAQs, presentations, town-hall content, infographics, and other communication products.
Translate complex business and technical/IT information into clear, concise, audience-appropriate messaging for employees, leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
Partner directly with executives, senior leaders, managers, SMEs, project teams, and stakeholders to gather information and provide communications advice.
Support organizational change management and transformation initiatives through employee engagement,
change communications, stakeholder messaging, and communication planning.
Develop and maintain branding, visual identity, communication templates, and visual materials, ensuring consistency across organizational communications.
Review, edit, and perform quality assurance on communications, recommending improvements to clarity, consistency, effectiveness, readability, and audience suitability.
Develop communications related to IT service disruptions, outages, incidents, planned maintenance, service changes, and operational communications.
Prepare qualified presentations and executive materials using advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience in tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable platforms considered valuable
