Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Use hand tools and power tools to support carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and other tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution.
- Support tradespeople with tasks such as caulking, painting, plumbing installations, welding, and restoration work.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while operating equipment or handling materials.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and clearing debris regularly.




- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

- Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently.
- WHIMS, Working at heights, Worker awareness training
- Knowledge of construction tasks such as drywall installation, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, painting, plumbing, welding, or restoration is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills.
- Commitment to safety procedures and quality workmanship at all times.
