DeAngelis Development is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. If you're motivated, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite by collecting trash, debris, and waste
- Conduct general maintenance tasks
- Operate power tools and machinery as needed (e.g., chop saws, jackhammers, packers)
- Lift and carry loads of at least 40 lbs
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in construction/earthworks
- Own vehicle for transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions (windy, dusty, noisy, hot/cold)
- CSA-approved steel-toed boots, hard hat,
and high-visibility vest
- Attention to detail and solid work ethic
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and heavy loads
- Must be a team player
Assets (Bonus Qualifications):
- CSTS and WHMIS certifications
- Experience operating construction tools and equipment
