Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing physical tasks and assisting skilled tradespeople. Your contribution will directly impact the progress and success of our projects, making this position crucial to our operations. Occupational First Aid Level would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up barricades.

· Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.

· Operate hand and power tools under the guidance of skilled workers.

· Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks on construction sites.

· Support tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with their tasks as needed.

· Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies to maintain a safe working environment.





· Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project progress.

· Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to meet client expectations.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.

· Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.

· Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.

· Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

· Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to adhering to safety regulations.
