We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate implementation of project requirements.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Prepare construction estimates and assist in budgeting for projects, ensuring financial accountability throughout the process.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools for blueprint reading and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting processes, and quality assurance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a track record of managing teams successfully in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
