Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations in office, ensure safety standards are met, and maintain high-quality workmanship. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, adherence to schedules, and budget management, all while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Duties

- Supervise daily site activity and keep work moving to schedule.
- Coordinate and communicate clearly with trades, suppliers, and inspectors.
- Track materials, deliveries, and site needs before they become delays.
- Walk the site for quality, workmanship, and compliance with drawings and permits.
- Enforce health and safety requirements and keep the site clean and orderly.
- Report progress, issues, and delays to the owner promptly and accurately.
- Log tasks, photos, and daily updates in Monday.com.





Experience

- Basic construction knowledge — framing, finishes, sequencing, and how trades fit together.
- Ability to communicate confidently and respectfully with trades and hold them to commitments.
- Strong organization and time management; able to run several priorities at once.
- Accountability — you own the outcome, follow through, and flag problems early.
- Comfortable with technology, or willing to learn Monday.com and other project tools.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle; able to travel between sites.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
