Coaching subcontractors on secure construction practices Quality control, ensuring all subcontractor deficiencies are corrected Maintaining the project schedule and establishing the critical path for subs and vendors Facilitating and encouraging subcontractor coordination 5-10 years construction experience ~Complete and detailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencing ~ Understanding of ASI's RFI's and Material Submittals ~ Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Procore ~ Must be willing to travel within the Bay Area ~
