Duties

- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and prepare sites for construction activities
- Assist with paving operations, including laying asphalt or concrete surfaces with precision and care
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, framing, and material handling to support various phases of building projects
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members




- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently
- Maintain equipment by conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues promptly
- Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and productivity on-site
