TriCore Partners is building its contractor network, and we are taking registrations across every practice we run.

We are a business consulting firm for small and medium enterprises, with products and implementation, not advice alone. We work across Canada and the UAE. SMEs are 99.7% of employer businesses in Canada and generate 63.5% of the UAE's non-oil GDP. The large firms are not built to serve them. We bring the same discipline at a size and a price that fits.

Who we are looking for

Experienced people who want project work on versatile terms rather than a permanent role. We are registering contractors in all of the following:

- Business strategy: growth planning, operating model, pricing and margin, market entry, business plans for funding and investor conversations
- Financial risk: customer credit exposure, cash flow and liquidity, capital and stress testing, provisioning, and for lenders the full depth of credit modelling, market risk, IFRS 9 and Basel
- Non-financial risk and GRC: operational risk, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk and risk appetite, technology and cyber risk, AI governance, financial crime, business continuity, third party risk
- Reporting and automation: management and board dashboards, data pipelines, process automation, data quality, system integration




- Project and change management: programme delivery, systems implementation, PMO, change adoption, business analysis, regulatory remediation
- Marketing and strategy: brand and positioning, visual identity, website design and build, e-commerce, go-to-market, campaigns
- Talent and resourcing: sourcing and screening senior practitioners, matching people to mandates

What matters to us

- You have done the work, not only advised on it
- You are comfortable working directly with owners and management teams, without a large support structure around you
- You can size an approach to a smaller business instead of importing an enterprise framework
- You are available 10 to 40 hours per week, project by project

How this works These are contract positions. We draw on our network as client projects come in, so the volume varies and we will be straight with you about that. Register once, tell us what you do, and we come to you when something matches your background.

Remote, with hybrid or onsite work possible depending on the client. Canada and UAE.
