Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and dedicated Cook to join our vibrant food service team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of fast-foods using deep fryers, grill, potato chipper etc.and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and commitment to food safety will insure quality food being served to our customers .

Duties

- Prepare and cook a wide range of fast-foods.
- Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to deliver exceptional meals.
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Assist in food service operations by plating dishes efficiently and accurately for service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.




- Support team members during busy periods by providing assistance with food preparation and service.

Requirements

- Willing to train.
- Willing to travel.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Is an asset.
- Familiarity with serving techniques, meal preparation, and kitchen equipment operation Is an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant is an asset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
