Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cook Supervisor to lead our culinary team with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food preparation and cooking activities to ensure timely service and quality standards are met.

- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to prevent waste while maintaining freshness and quality.
- Enforce food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature control, and hygiene practices across the kitchen.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless serving experiences for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area,
equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Demonstrated supervising experience in a culinary or hospitality setting with strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques essential for maintaining hygiene compliance.
- Familiarity with restaurant management principles including inventory control, quality assurance, and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and coordinate with other departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of service.
- Additional experience such as bartending or barista roles is a plus, reflecting versatility in food industry roles.
