In this position, you will manage the Mobile Tracking System (MTS) Program, ensuring trauma-informed, client-centered support for individuals in crisis.

You should possess at least three years of crisis intervention experience and a relevant post-secondary degree. Your primary tasks will include conducting comprehensive risk assessments and creating individualized service plans, while also providing critical assistance during high-risk situations. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the Mobile Tracking System Program
- Offer crisis intervention and emotional support for clients




- Perform validated risk assessments to determine eligibility
- Implement personalized service plans with community referrals
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary case conferences for effective client support

Requirements:

- Degree in Social Work or a related human service field
- 3+ years of experience in crisis intervention
- Expertise in trauma-informed support methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
