Your Main Responsibilities

- Participate in technical field inspections.
- Conduct assessments and diagnostics to identify and prevent issues.
- Take ownership of assigned activities with diligence and leadership.
- Apply health and safety standards in all decisions and work activities.
- Accurately and reliably collect field data.
- Collaborate with technical and management teams to develop solutions.
- Contribute to project success through practical analysis and recommendations.
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Support the training and development of the broader team.

What Makes You Unique

- AEC, DEC, or bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering or another relevant discipline.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to perform physical work on construction or industrial sites,



including lifting up to 25 kg for extended periods, while following health and safety procedures.
- Willingness to participate in field-based corrosion inspection programs for infrastructure projects across various Canadian provinces on a rotational fly-in/fly-out schedule.
- AMPP (NACE) certification in Cathodic Protection and/or Coatings.
- Valid driver's licence.
- WorkSafeBC training, or equivalent provincial safety credentials are considered assets.
- Bilingualism, both spoken and written (French and English), an asset.

The salary range for this position is $66,182 to $86,864 CAD base per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks. The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors,



including the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications, their positioning within our internal compensation structure, and relevant geographic cost-of-living considerations, where applicable. This range represents a realistic and good-faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role. Compensation may also include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, or bonus eligibility depending on role level and business unit. We aim to foster transparency, respect candidate time and ensure equitable compensation aligned with our company values.
