Role Description
Horseshoes Insurance Brokers Limited is seeking a full-time RIBO Licensed Office CSR to join our team. This is an on-site position located in Mississauga, ON. The role involves working closely with clients to provide exceptional insurance services, handling office administrative tasks, and supporting daily operations.
The successful candidate will handle client inquiries, offer expert advice on service, assist with and maintain accurate documentation. Organizational and customer service excellence will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance Brokerage, Insurance, and Finance.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients.
- 2 year experience required for Insurance company Portal and Underwriting the New business
- Highly organized with solid attention to detail, supporting office administration tasks efficiently.
- RIBO and license is required; CIP will be advantage for the job willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulations is essential.
