We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fine dining or catering environments. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality meals to our guests.

Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to ensure guest satisfaction. Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation regulations at all times.



Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

Experience in fine dining or catering is a plus. Proficient knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Culinary degree or relevant training is advantageous but not mandatory.
