About the Role

Job Title:Customer Engineer for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (Performance)

- An ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, optimization, and troubleshooting of Dynamics AX (2012) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 Finance/SCM) Environments,



helping customers migrate, modernize, and optimize business-critical ERP and commerce solutions

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience supporting, troubleshooting, optimizing, and/or implementing Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O; extensibility patterns, APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks.
- Deep understanding of the extension architecture, with a background in ensuring compliance with recommended practices.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks in Dynamics 365 F&O; and AX 2012, including SQL tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
- Experience troubleshooting Dynamics 365 F&O; synchronization, data distribution, and integration scenarios.
- Familiarity with recommended practices for application deployment, setting management, server configuration, and infrastructure optimization for Dynamics 365 F&O.;

- Expertise in Azure SQL (PaaS) troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and address complex technical issues affecting system performance.

Location: Remote Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $130K-$150K CAD annually. Pay within this range may vary based on geography, experience, skills, and applicable qualifications.
